Who we are
Stingray Commerce LLC provides eight-week individual coaching under The Rack Method. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number when provided for scheduling, Instagram messages you send us, and the answers you give in our forms, including fitness goals, bodyweight, training history, injuries, and information about medical conditions, medications or doctor clearance that you choose to provide. If you apply through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta passes us the information you submit.
How we use it
To contact you about coaching, to deliver coaching if you become a client, and to improve our service. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business: Cloudflare for hosting this website; Google Sites for our original offer page; Google Forms and Sheets, email, Calendly, Stripe and PayPal; and Meta when you contact us through Instagram. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
We keep your information while you are a lead or client and for up to 24 months after, then delete it. We use account security on our tools.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
Changes
We will update this page and its effective date if this policy changes.
